- Comment: Brian and his team provided great support to us for our semi-remote project in Eastern Idaho at 6700'; a short build season. They were patient with our timeline that extended beyond two years due to footing and foundation delays. Once we were ready, they helped us through the initial build with fast and accurate components, to include sheathing and fasteners, even lending a trailer to facilitate expedient transport; three 25' and one 30' flatbed trailer loads with no damaged components. The assembly process itself was relatively quick with minimal waste and site clean-up. We are not builders but were able to make great progress on the floor and first floor walls ourselves. Fortunately we also got some experienced help from Cody and the Mountain Modular crew out of Boise. We learned a lot in this phase and look forward to continuing next spring with windows, doors, and interior work.
